About the piece
This is a handcarved sweets plate made by Japanese woodcarver, Tomii Takashi.
Measures 9cm wide x 1.8cm tall.

Material & Finish
Wood: Japanese Magnolia
Finish: Urushi (lacquer)
Color: White / Red / Black
Made in Oguni, Niigata, Japan

Care
Wash gently by hand using a soft sponge and mild detergent when necessary.
Wipe dry after washing using a microfiber suede cloth, or allow to air dry completely before storing.

Avoid prolonged soaking, dishwashers and microwaves.
Regular use will allow the surface and colour of the wood to gradually develop over time.
