yes, we provide free local shipping within Singapore for all orders above SGD$100.

what if a piece arrives damaged?
please drop us a message within 48 hours with clear photos of the box and item. We’ll assist from there.
Because our pieces are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, replacements may not be identical - we appreciate your understanding.
why do similar pieces look slightly different in colour or texture?
all works at Mugen are handmade by independent artisans. Clay, glaze, thickness, firing temperature, and kiln placement naturally create variation - even within the same “colour.”
These small shifts are part of the craft and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique in its own way.
